5 BRIDGES WELLNESS TRAINING
Helping you build sustainable health.
The purpose of 5 Bridges is to help you build an organized approach to your wellness. Each bridge is a general area of life where you can directly affect positive change.
These individual, but interconnected areas of wellness build on one another to create a balanced approach to wellness:
BASE: Your connections
FUEL: What goes in
MOVE: What you do
REST: Repair and recover
GIVE: Your positive output
Through this system you’ll learn to enlist the support you need to build and sustain wellness. You’ll also learn about the impact of what you put in your body and what you do with your body. Finally, we’ll explore the effects of your output and how it can build the cycle of wellness.
